We offer tools that allow users to search, aggregate, and enrich publicly available business data (such as emails, phone numbers, and social media profiles) from search engines and websites. Our AI tools assist in drafting outreach messages based on website contexts.

2. Acceptable Use & Compliance

You agree to use MapexAI only for lawful purposes. As a user of our data extraction tools, you are solely responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with local and international laws, including but not limited to:

• CAN-SPAM Act: You must not send misleading emails and must provide an opt-out mechanism.
• GDPR & CCPA: You are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful basis to process the personal data of EU or California citizens.
• You may not use our service to harass, spam, or send unsolicited malicious communications.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password. Our services are offered on a credit-based or subscription-based model:

• Credits: Search credits are consumed upon initiating a search query. 1 Search Credit is typically equal to 10 extracted leads.
• Plan Features: Access to specific data points (Phone numbers, Social Media, AI Tools) depends on your active subscription tier. If a feature is locked, you must upgrade your plan to access it.
• Non-Transferable: Credits and subscriptions are tied to your account and cannot be transferred or resold.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

All payments made to MapexAI are final. Due to the digital nature of the service and the instant consumption of data extraction APIs, we do not offer refunds for used credits or active subscriptions. If you face technical issues, please contact our support team for assistance.

5. Data Accuracy & Availability

Our tools aggregate data from third-party public sources across the internet. While we use advanced algorithms to ensure high accuracy:

• We do not guarantee that 100% of the leads will contain emails or social profiles.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, validity, or current status of the extracted phone numbers and email addresses.
• Services may occasionally experience downtime due to third-party API restrictions or server maintenance.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MapexAI, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
