1. Information We Collect

We collect information solely to provide, operate, and maintain our autonomous AI customer support software:

• Account Registration Details: Full name, verified work email, Date of Birth (for recovery authentication), and encrypted password hashes.
• Google OAuth Data: When signing in with Google, we receive verified public profile name, verified email, and unique authentication ID.
• Customer Support Telemetry: Customer inquiries submitted through your chatbot widget or connected WhatsApp Business account to generate AI responses.
• Technical Information: IP address, browser type, and country location for security auditing, fraud prevention, and session persistence.

2. Payment Information Security

We NEVER store or process credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or net banking passwords on our servers.

All payments are securely handled by PCI-DSS Level-1 certified payment processors: Razorpay (India UPI/Cards) and PayPal Inc (Global Cards) via end-to-end encrypted 256-bit SSL connections. We receive only transaction status tokens to credit your account wallet.

3. How We Use & Protect Platform Data

We strictly utilize your data to:

• Deliver real-time automated AI responses to your customer support inquiries.
• Maintain your account balance, transaction receipts, and customer conversation history.
• Enforce security controls against spam, fraudulent abuse, and unauthorized access.

We NEVER sell, rent, monetize, or disclose your business conversations or customer details to third-party advertisers.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use secure, HTTP-only session cookies and LocalStorage to remember your authenticated session (30-day Remember Me token) and your UI theme preference (Dark vs Light mode). Cookies can be disabled through your browser settings, though authenticated features may require active cookies.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR and applicable data protection regulations, you have the right to request access to your personal data or request complete account and data deletion ("Right to be Forgotten"). To request account deletion, please email support@mapexai.com.
