Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing MapexAI. We strive to provide the best B2B lead generation and AI outreach tools. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any subscription or credits.

General Rule: All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our service and the immediate consumption of third-party API costs (Google Search, Deep Scraping, AI Generation), we generally do not offer refunds.

1. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Consumed Credits: Once search credits have been used to extract leads or generate AI messages, those credits are permanently consumed and cannot be refunded.
  • Data Availability: We aggregate public data. If a specific business does not have an email address or social media profile publicly available on the internet, our system will return "Not Found". We do not issue refunds for empty data fields, as we cannot generate data that does not exist.
  • Change of Mind: If you purchase a plan and simply decide you no longer need the software.
  • Unused Credits: We do not offer partial refunds for unused credits at the end of your billing cycle or if you choose to abandon your account.

2. Eligible Circumstances for Refund

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a full or partial refund in the following rare situations:

  • Duplicate Billing: If our payment processor accidentally charges your card multiple times for the same transaction.
  • Accidental Purchase (0 Credits Used): If you purchase a plan by mistake and contact us within 24 hours of the purchase, provided that exactly zero (0) credits have been used.
  • Major Technical Failure: If our platform experiences a prolonged outage (over 48 hours) that prevents you from using the service you paid for.

3. Cancellations

If you are on a recurring subscription plan:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings dashboard.
  • Cancellation stops future billing. You will retain access to your plan features and remaining credits until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
  • We do not prorate or refund for the remaining days in a canceled billing cycle.

4. Abuse and Policy Violation

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., using our tool for malicious spamming, sharing accounts, or attempting to hack our API), you will forfeit any remaining credits and will not be eligible for any refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 2, please contact our support team immediately.

  • Send an email to support@mapexai.com (or use our contact form).
  • Include your Account Email, Transaction ID, and the reason for the refund request.
  • Our team will review your request and API usage logs. We aim to respond within 2-3 business days.
