Mapex AI - Global Leads & Autonomous Chatbots exclusively provides cloud-based digital software services and SaaS credits. We do NOT manufacture, stock, or physically ship any tangible products. Consequently, physical shipping fees, courier waybills, and physical transit timelines do not apply to any transactions on our platform.

2. Fulfillment & Activation Timelines

All digital credit deliveries are automated through instant server-to-server webhooks:

Online Payments (Razorpay / PayPal / Cards): Digital credits are fulfilled instantly (within 0 to 5 seconds) upon payment authorization. Your wallet balance is automatically updated in real-time.
Manual Bank / UPI Transfer: Manually verified and credited to your account within 2 to 4 business hours after transaction verification via support desk.

3. Transparent Pricing Structure

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable digital service fees. We support dual-currency pricing:

Processed via Razorpay in Indian Rupees (₹). Packages start from ₹399 for 100 Credits up to custom enterprise tiers.

🌐 Global Pricing (USD):
Processed via PayPal in United States Dollars ($). Packages start from $5.00 for 100 Credits.

4. Delivery Confirmation & Receipts

Upon successful checkout, you will receive an immediate on-screen confirmation displaying your unique Order ID, payment reference ID, credits allocated, and a digital email receipt sent to your registered account email.
